After the payout, the balance has to stay at least $150 (5K) to $6,000 (200K) above the starting balance. The minimum request is $50 (5K) to $2,000 (200K). You keep 95% of the profit you withdraw. Your best day can be at most 15% of your total net profit to request a payout. Breaking it does not fail the account; you just need more profit or more days first.
