About the rule-change log

Where do these rule changes come from?

We check each firm's official rule pages every day. When a page changes, the new values are extracted and checked; a change that passes goes live with a date and a link to the firm's own page. Some entries are changes we verified by hand against the official pages.

Do rule changes apply to accounts I already bought?

Often not. Many firms apply a new rule only to accounts bought or reset after a date, and keep the old rule for existing ones. Each entry says who it applies to when the firm states it.

How do I get told when a firm changes its rules?

Leave your email at the bottom of this page: one email after each rule change at the firms you pick, nothing else. Pro accounts are also re-checked against the new rule straight away.
