Affiliate program terms

The program

The PropRuleGuard affiliate program pays partners for customers they refer to PropRuleGuard Pro. It is run on Creem's affiliate platform (affiliates.creem.io): Creem tracks referrals, holds your balance, verifies your identity and pays you. Its partner terms apply alongside these.

Joining

Apply on the affiliate page. We decide on each application and may decline any without giving a reason. Once approved, you get an invite from Creem to create your partner account. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts in your country.

Commission

• 30% of each payment a referred customer makes for PropRuleGuard Pro, for the first 12 months of their subscription, excluding VAT and sales tax.
• A referral counts when the customer subscribes within 30 days of their last click on your link. If they click another partner's link afterwards, that later click counts instead.
• Refunded or charged-back payments earn no commission, and commission already credited for them is reversed.
• No commission on your own subscription or on accounts you control.
• We may change the commission for the future with 30 days' notice by email; customers you referred before the change keep the terms they were referred under.
• Different terms, such as a sponsorship fee, apply only if we agree them in writing.

Partner Pro

While you are an approved partner, Pro is free on your PropRuleGuard account, for your own use and for showing it in your content. It ends when you leave the program or we end your participation.

Payouts

Creem pays out twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, once your available balance reaches $50 (or €50), after a 7 to 12 day hold and a one-time identity check. Payout fees are charged by the payout provider and deducted from the payout. You are responsible for your own taxes.

How you may promote PropRuleGuard

• Say that you earn a commission, clearly and next to the link (for example "affiliate link" or "#ad"), as the law where you and your audience are requires.
• Describe PropRuleGuard accurately. It is a read-only rule tracking and alert tool. Don't claim it guarantees passing an evaluation, prevents losses or gets payouts approved, and don't present it as trading or investment advice.
• Don't bid on "PropRuleGuard", "Prop Rule Guard" or misspellings in search ads, and don't use them in domain names, ad display URLs or social handles.
• Don't send unsolicited messages (spam) by email, DM or comments.
• Don't post on coupon or deal sites, or offer cashback or rebates from your commission, without our written approval.
• Don't use our logo or pretend to be PropRuleGuard or a prop firm.

If you break these rules we may withhold commission earned through the breach and close your partner account.

Ending

You can leave at any time. We can end the program or your participation at any time; commission already earned under these terms is still paid unless it came from a breach.
